Under her leadership, Nasma has experienced remarkable growth, doubling its luxury property collections and surpassing annual sales targets. Cristina's vision extends beyond Dubai, guiding Nasma into new markets, such as Abu Dhabi, Ras Al-Khaimah, Fujairah and solidifying its position as the preferred end-to-end property management for luxury properties in the UAE. With a background in esteemed hospitality organizations, such as the iconic JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai and The Leading Hotels of the World in Greece, she has acquired invaluable experience, next to her degree in Hospitality and Travel Business Management. Cristina embodies excellence and strategic growth in the luxury hospitality sector.

Nataliya Yordanova, Operations and Design Manager at Nasma Luxury Stays, brings 20 years of interior design and project management expertise. With a proven track record in retail, residential, and hospitality industries across the Middle East and Europe, Nataliya drives growth and innovation at Nasma. Her role encompasses optimizing revenue-focused processes and leading a competitive in-house interior design unit. Having held management positions in prominent UAE organizations, including Landmark Group's Home Centre, ID Design, and Derwent Group of Companies, Nataliya is a seasoned professional committed to exceeding company targets and setting new market trends. She holds a bachelor's degree in design engineering from the University of Forestry in Sofia, Bulgaria.

  I rented one of Nasma properties in Downtown but wasn't satisfied and asked for an alternative. Nasma Team was very helpful and highly professional in managing that change. My new apartment in Dubai Creek Harbour was much better.

  Fantastic experience in the 2 bedroom apartment in Dubai Hills. The apartment was elegantly and tastefully decorated with superb amenities and overlooking the greenery of the park which has jogging and cycling tracks.  Is also very close to the Dubai Hills mall which was convenient as well as Downtown and the Marina for going out. Perfect for a short term stay in Dubai and much more comfortable and personal than staying in a uninspired hotel room.

What truly set my experience apart though was the whole Nasma team who were extremely professional, responsive and attentive. I highly recommend!
